Section 3 - Conguration
IPv4 Interface
Select Yes to enable NAT (Network Address Translation) or No
to disable. NAT is a form of firewall and enabling it is strongly
recommended. The default is Yes.
Select Yes to enable DHCP and get and IP address automatically. If
you have a xed IP from your ISP or network administrator, select
No. If you select No, you will be prompted to enter an IP address
and a subnet mask.
If you use a static IP address, enter it here. This eld will only appear
if Obtain IPv4 Address Automatically is No.
If you use a stat IP address, enter the subnet mask here. This eld will
only appear if Obtain IPv4 Address Automatically is No.
Select Yes to set this connection as the default source for your
Internet connection. Selecting No will require manual connection
in advanced settings. The default setting is Yes.
Select No to get DNS information automatically from DHCP. Select
Yes to setup DNS manually, and you will be prompted for a preferred
and alternate server.
Enter the IP address of your preferred DNS Server. This eld only
appears if Setup Static DNS Servers is set to Yes.
Enter the IP address of your alternate DNS server. This eld only
appears if Setup Static DNS Servers is set to Yes.
