Section 3 - Conguration
QoS Engine
The Quality of Service (QoS) Engine allows you to prioritize particular
clients over others so that certain clients receive higher bandwidth.
Click Check Speed to run a speed check and determine how to distribute
Wi-Fi bandwidth to prioritized devices. The speed test helps the QoS
engine distribute Wi-Fi bandwidth to prioritized devices (congured in
the device cards below).
In the Features tab on the left side of the page, click QoS Engine.
AI Trac
Optimizer:
The intelligent QoS Engine lists devices consuming
comparatively large resources and will intelligently adjust bandwidth
to these devices by assigning them a low priorty.
Once this is turned on, you will start to receive weekly reports
on bandwidth usage through AI Assistant.
Download Speed
(Mbps):
Enter the maximum download speed (in Mbps) for all connected clients.
If QoS is enabled, clients will not be able to exceed this value.
Upload Speed
(Mbps):
Enter the maximum upload speed (in Mbps) for all connected clients .
If QoS is enabled, once this threshold is reached, trac of clients with
higher priority will be processed rst, while trac of lower priority
clients will need to wait until enough bandwidth becomes available.
Click Apply to QoS after the Speed Test to automatically ll in the
above information.
