D0 Ed0 NO NET DATA
Control board does not have the nec-
essary data for it to properly perform
its functions.
• Heat pump is wired as part of a com-
municating system and integrated control
module does not contain any shared data.
• Replace control board if necessary
D1 Ed1 INVALID DATA
Control board does not have the
appropriate data needed to properly
perform its functions.
• Heat pump is wired as part of a com-
municating system and integrated control
module contains invalid shared data or
network data is invalid for the integrated
control module.
• Replace control board if necessary
D2 Ed2 INVALID SYSTEM
The airow requirement is greater
than the airow capability of the
indoor subsystem.
• Heat pump is wired as part of a com-
municating system and heat pump requires
airow greater than indoor unit’s airow
capability, or a type of indoor unit without
EEV is connected to the system.
• Shared data is incompatible the system or
missing parameters
• Communication wiring with indoor unit has
loose connection.
• Check combination to be matched with rating list; correct
if needed.
• Verify shared data is correct for your specic model;
Repopulate data if required
• Check communication wiring and power supply wiring of
indoor unit. Repair as needed.
D3 Ed3 INVALID COMFIG
There is a mismatch between the
shared data and the control physical
hardware.
• Shared data sent to integrated control
module does not match hardware con-
guration.
• Verify shared data is correct for your specic model;

D4 Ed4 INVALID MC DATA
The memory card data has been
rejected.

11 E11 RUN SYS TEST
This test is required at startup.
Installer should navigate to the
ComforrtNet User Menu, choose
Heat Pump, then EQUIP TEST and
SYSYTEM TEST.
Selecting ON will run the required
test.
Display will clear once testing is
complete.

• SYSTEM TEST is running
Run the system test.
