Possible Cause Corrective Action
Local network problem. Problem is most likely caused by the
customer server system or the network.
Defective network interface. Refer to Chapter 14 for information on
running diagnostic tests.
After Solving
a Network
Problem
To test for a network problem, type
test ni
and press the Return
key to run the Ethernet test again. This either clears the error
or displays a message to let you know the problem still exists.
