Table 14–1 summarizes the steps to perform when running
diagnostic tests in order to identify or resolve a system problem.

Step Procedure
1 Run the diagnostic test on the component, module or
device that is causing an error.
2 Note the diagnostic test results.
3 Record the diagnostic display lights pattern.
4 Contact your Digital service representative.
5 Connect loopback connectors if necessary.
