1. SCB open command: The shore connection breaker (SCB) open command can come from the following:
• The operator can press the push-button Open breaker on the display unit. If Operator select is selected under Breaker
action, then the operator must also select Open from the information pop-up.
• The operator can use PICUS to send an open breaker command. If Operator select is selected under Breaker action, then
the operator must also select Open from the information pop-up.
• The command SCB action open is activated by digital input or from an external source. If Operator select is selected under
Breaker action, then the operator must also select Open from the information pop-up.
