Memory operating mode is set to support
Optimizer/Sparing/Memory mirroring/Advanced ECC.
Demand Scrubbing
(Enabled default)
To disable or enable dram scrubbing is the ability to
write corrected data back to the memory once a
correctable error is detected on read transaction.
Patrol Scrubbing
(Enabled default)
To disable or enable patrol scrubbing proactively
searching the system memory, repairing correctable
error.
