Removing the sponges
Prerequisites
1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions.
2. Follow the procedure listed in the Before working inside your system.
3. Remove the rear mounting front PERC module.
NOTE: Observe the cable routing before disconnecting the cables.
4. Sponges are required only for GPUs with bridge cards.
Steps
Using the hole on the sponge, lift the sponge out of the system.
