Explanation:
1. The values of the bits in S~S+15 determine whether the interrupts are enabled or disabled.
When the value of the bit is 1 and the instruction EI is executed, the corresponding interrupt is
executed. When the value of the bit is 0, the corresponding interrupt can not be executed.
2. When the instruction is executed, the values in S~S+15 are transferred to SR623~SR638.
3. When the instruction is not executed, the values of the bits in SR623~SR638 determine
whether the interrupts are enabled or disabled.
