Explanation:
1. When the instruction RST is driven, the action of the device specified is as follows.
The coil and the contact are set to OFF.
T, C, and HC
The timer and the counter are reset to 0, and the coil and the contact are set
to OFF.
The value is cleared to 0.
2. If the instruction RST is not executed, the status of the device specified is unchanged.
3. The instruction supports the direct output.
Example:
When X0.0 is ON, Y0.5 is set to OFF.
