9.4. Distributed system with Krypton ONE
Krypton One devices can be used in a remote area from other used devices connected with a
ECAT-ECAT cable up to 100 m length. The pocket-size allows the modules to be mounted in tight places,
right next to the sensors. Therefore the signal is amplified closer to the place of measurement, and this
helps to amplify only a small amount of signal noise, then the already amplified signal goes through the
long shielded cable, so there is less data loss.
