9.9. Two EtherCAT lines
When we need more than one EtherCAT chain, switches can not be used. We recommend using one of
the following two solutions.
9.9.1. Use computer which has more than one Ethernet port
Every chain will work as an individual which allows you to use full 100 Mbps on each.
In this configuration, the EtherCAT chains need to be synchronized to each other, so every chain also
needs a Sync junction.
Connection done with two Ethernet ports
List of required cables:
EtherCAT to EtherCAT: L1T8m-L1T8f,
ECAT - PC connection: L1T8f-RJ45
