Signature labeller - Maintenance of centralizer label reel
Ball plunger lock tension
The front reel disc is held in place by three sprung ball
plungers.
If the locking tension is too loose or tight, the height
position of the ball plungers can be adjusted.
With the front reel disc remove the ball plungers can be
seen
Using the three holes in the back of this assembly and a
flat blade angled screwdriver, the position of each ball
plunger can be adjusted
If appropriate tool is not available,
the front ring can be remove from
the shaft for adjustment
Removing front ring
Screw in two M3 screws into the centralizer guide pin ends
