700 SERIES MACHINE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Note: based on a 16-hour day. Daily & yearly checks to be carried out regardless of actual running time.
Weekly, monthly & 3 monthly intervals may be adjusted to suit actual machine running time.

Check power isolation switch and associated green indicator light operates
correctly.
Check all push button rubber seals are in good condition.
Check green conveyor start push button and light operates correctly while
emergency stop released.
Check conveyor stop push button operates correctly.
Check labeller power lift buttons operate correctly.
FRONT COVER Check all fixings are in place and cover is fully sealed against cabinet.
CABLE & CONDUIT
GLANDS
Check all are tight and secure and all unused apertures are sealed.
