The take-up motor is used to turn the backing paper take-up spool to wind the label rolls backing paper on-
to the spool. The motor drives the spool via a toothed belt and pulleys.
This motor is a 24v DC and obtains it power from the 25v PSU in the labeller. The unit incorporates a gear-
box to obtain the required rotational speed
The motor connects onto the labeller board at PL7 pins 3 and 7
Important note for motor rotation direction on connecting cable form
For L-R labeller the Molex connector on cable form 701-0102 will be as standard
For R-L labeller the wires in the Molex connector on cable form 701-0102 need to be changed
around
For adjustment and replacement of drive belt and/or motor refer to the servicing section
