Load cell transit screw

as a limit stop screw in the up and down direction.
To gain access to this screw it may be necessary to remove the scale and/or the infeed conveyors
NOTE: if re-tightening the under-load discs ensure the load cell is not strained in either direction.
To protect the load cell in transit, the
top and bottom underload discs (562-989-A4) are fixed
against the underload Bottom block (562-968-A4).
Underload disc tightened down to bracket

Setting under and over load stops
When the assembly is not required as a transit bolt protection the two underload discs need be set to act as

The lower disc acts as a protection limit for upwards
