700 SERIES MACHINE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Note: based on a 16-hour day. Daily & yearly checks to be carried out regardless of actual running time.
Weekly, monthly & 3 monthly intervals may be adjusted to suit actual machine running time.

Check all external electrical cables are in good condition.
Check micro switch under each conveyor operates the stop circuit; also the
emergency stop switch operates correctly.
Check any covers and guards (e.g. – conveyor end guard) are correctly positioned.

STABILITY
MACHINES FEET Check machine is stable and all feet are on the ground and the locking nut secure.

PROCESSOR FAN
No Fan on LV67-P
Processor fan – with power turned off, ensure fan rotates freely.
Clean fan carefully, extracting build-up of dust.
COOLING FANS Check operation of upper and lower fans.
