Labeller board
Notes:
The IP address is always in the range 192.168.0.xx The xx being which labeller it will be fitted into
(e.g.-labeller 1 has 1, labeller 2 has 2.
The last IP segment is set with the rotary switch on the board. The board is pre-set with 192.168.0.
The rotary switch then sets the labeller number.
J5 label gap sensor jumpers This jumper adjusts the sensor reading value of the gap sensor for
more detail on this refer to gap sensor section. On Signature labellers, an additional sensor I/F board
is fitted for sensor adjustment - see following page, therefore adjustment of this jumper is not
normally required.
(Note: the second set of jumpers, J6 are not used).
There are three connections on the board to allow software updates onto the board. This process
can also be carried out within the machine software (service settings) via Ethernet download
