Labeller board
Notes:
• The IP address is always in the range 192.168.0.xx The xx being which labeller it will be fitted into
(e.g.-labeller 1 has 1, labeller 2 has 2.
The last IP segment is set with the rotary switch on the board. The board is pre-set with 192.168.0.
The rotary switch then sets the labeller number.
• J5 label gap sensor jumpers – This jumper adjusts the sensor reading value of the gap sensor – for
more detail on this refer to gap sensor section. On Signature labellers, an additional sensor I/F board
is fitted for sensor adjustment - see following page, therefore adjustment of this jumper is not
normally required.
(Note: the second set of jumpers, J6 are not used).
• There are three connections on the board to allow software updates onto the board. This process
can also be carried out within the machine software (service settings) via Ethernet download
