Error code Reason for error
10 Unknown command Console sent a command not recognised by the labeller (possibly
mismatch of protocol versions)
11 Invalid message Console sent a message that was not the correct type
12 Unexpected length Console sent a message that was of incorrect length
13 Out of range The value for a parameter was out of range (the error message will also
show what the parameter was)
14 No trigger Console has sent an image command but did not send a trigger first (or the
trigger command was rejected and it still sent the image)
15 No image Console sent a trigger but it had not yet sent the image for the previous
label.
16 Queue full The pack queue of the labeller is full. It can queue up to 19 packs (also de-
pendant on image memory). Move the labeller closer to the scale or in-
crease pack spacing.
17 Image memory full The image memory is full. Reduce the size of the label format.
18 Pairs out of range Console has sent the labeller an invalid image command.
19 Line width mismatch The width of one line of image data does not match the master image. Is
console trying to send the image of another label?
20 No master Console sent a pack image but the labeller has not received a master
image.
(can’t actually happen at the moment, the labeller will just print the pack
image it’s been sent)
21 Manual queued There is a manual label queued to be printed (or printing), in this situation it
is only possible to queue more manual prints, not automatics. (this is only
likely to occur when doing pack and total labels on the same labeller with-
out a sufficient gap)
22 Queue time The time that this label would need to be applied is less than the last ele-
ment in the queue (should never happen)
23 Label ID mismatch The label ID of the image that was sent does not match the label ID of the
last trigger that was sent (should never happen)
24 Duplicate successive
label IDs
Console has sent the same label twice (should never happen)
If the labeller have software installed that is V:50019 or higher the following error codes will apply
