Q12: I have checked all the wiring and my settings, I believe all are correct, but the Controller still
will not run a file correctly. If I need to contact technology support, which files should I send to the
factory for troubleshooting?

4) The software version you are running and the controller hardware version [1.1, 2.1, 3.1]
5) If appropriate/possible a video of the problem
