Startup/10 Hour
Check Fuel Filter Water Separator
Check fuel filter water separator before startup and
every 10 hours of operation. Drain water at plug
(shown) as needed.
Check Engine Oil Level
Check engine oil at dipstick (1) before startup and
every 10 hours of operation. Check with unit on
level surface. Add DEO at fill (2) as necessary to
keep oil level at highest line on dipstick.
Check Fluid Pump Piston Seals
Check piston seals for signs of excessive leakage
before startup and every 10 hours of operation.
Replace if leakage becomes excessive.
