8.3 Output signals - External control (PLC)
If an output signal as low level (0V) is permanently present at PIN 4 for
longer than 3s and no dispensing process is currently being performed by the
FlexxPump 250/400 DLS, there is an error at the FlexxPump 250/400 DLS. The
only thing that can be determined by the signalling is that there is an error at the
FlexxPump 250/400 DLS. The cause must be determined and eliminated by the
operator. Chapters 8.3.2, 8.3.3 and 8.3.4 provide a procedure and possible causes for
the pump error message.
