8.3.4 Critical error
The Critical Error indicates that the integrated microelectronics has detected a critical
error and that the FlexxPump 250/400 DLS is not operating within the valid parameters.
The cause can be mechanical, electronic or any other inuencing variable.

Description:
The FlexxPump 250/400 DLS is properly connected to an external controller via the
electrical interface and connected to the power supply.
In an (internal) diagnosis, the critical (exception) error E4 has been detected.
The error E4 can have different causes:
1. The voltage is too high for a short time, 28 ... 30V, causing the motor to run too short.
2. The connected supply voltage was too low, then the motor will run too long.
In these cases the error is eliminated by switching the FlexxPump off and on.
Important! At least 60 seconds must pass between switching off and on!
If this does not correct the E4 error, dismantle the FlexxPump 250/400 DLS and send it
back to the manufacturer together with the lubricant cartridge and a description of the
error. The address of the manufacturer is given in chapter I.II.
Do not open the FlexxPump 250/400 DLS without authorization! Observe the
relevant notes and regulations in these instructions for proper use (section 2.5) and
warranty (section 2.6)!
