Registers a code and sets jobs to have them automatically loaded through code scanning.
Able to register the same code redundantly but executes items with small No. according to priority.
Able to load jobs through code scanning in the event that current jobs are absent.
Changes code information recorded in the log when code scanning is done during job execution.
