Attention!
Only install the cylinder when the door is open and secured against closing.
1. Insert new cylinder with locking lug in basic position (A) (flush 6 o'clock, can be
turned into position manually) from the inside.
2. Insert the key (B) from the outside (counterhold from the inside) and move the bolt
with the help of the key.
3. Hand-tighten the cylinder with the forend screw. (C)
4. Check whether the cylinder in the lock can be operated (no grinding, or sluggish-
ness).
If the cylinder is then difficult to move or you hear scratching noises, loosen the forend screw
again and push / pull the cylinder slightly forwards or backwards until the closing lug actuates
the closing mechanism without difficulty. Then hand-tighten the forend screw again.
