sightglassontheseparatortank.
Thismachineproducesloudnoisewithdoorsopen.Extendedexposure
toloudnoisecancausehearingloss.Wearhearingprotectionwhen
doorsorvalve(s)areopen.
•Closealldoorstomaintainacoolingairpathandtoavoidrecirculationofhotair.
Thiswillmaximizethelifeoftheengineandcompressorandprotectthehearingof
surroundingpersonnel.
•BesurenooneisINorONthecompressorunit.
Unrestrictedairowfromahosewillresultinawhippingmotionofthe
hosewhichcancausesevereinjuryordeath.Asafetydevicemustbe
attachedtothehoseatthesourceofsupplytoreducepressureincase
ofhosefailureorothersuddenpressurerelease.Reference:OSHA

Starting
Donotuseetheroranyotherstartinguid.Startinguidscancause
anexplosion,re,andsevereenginedamage.Theengineisequipped
withanelectricheaterstartingaid.
1.PresstheMainPowerButton.
2.WhentheWaitToStartmessagedisappears,pressandreleaseGreenStartButton.
3.Enginewillcrankuntilenginestartsorenginestartingtimelimitisreached.Therst
lightontheStartButtonwillilluminate.
4.Ifenginefailstostart,pressMainPowerButtontoremovepowerfromengine.
Repeatsteps1-3.
5.Whenenginestarts,thersttwolightsontheStartButtonwillilluminate.
