Oilintheltermayrundownwhiledetachingtheoillter.Becareful
nottocontaminatetheotherpartsbyusingaclothwhendetachingthe
lter.Afterreplacingtheoillter,wipecleananyotherpartswhichthe
oilhastouched.
2.Cleanlywipethesurfaceonwhichtheoillterismounted.
3.Thinlyspreadengineoilovertherubberpacking(B)ofthenewoillter(A).
4.Temporarilyassemblethenewoillterbyrotatingitbyhand.
5.Assembletheoillterwiththelterwrenchatatorqueof16~20N•m.
6.Addtheengineoil.
1.ConnectthedrainplugBatthetorqueof3.0kgf•m.
2.Disassembletheoillevelgauge.
3.InjectgenuineoilrecommendedbyDoosan.
4.AssembletheoilcapA.
5.Assembletheoillevelgauge.
6.Removetheengineoildraincontainerfromundertheengine.
Performthenalinspection
1.Checkifengineoilleaksafterstartingtheengine.
2.Starttheengineandthenstopitwhenitreachesanormaltemperature.
3.Waitfor5~10minutes.
4.Checktheengineoillevelwiththeoillevelgauge.
