Note:Slowlypourcoolantintolettheairbedischargedfromradiatorandpressthe
hoseconnectedtoittodischargetheairinside.
8.Starttheenginetoletthecoolingfanrotate2or3times.Whentheengineiswarmed
up,increasetheengineRPMtwoorthreetimes.
9.Shutdownengineandwaituntilengineiscooled.
10.Removetheradiatordrainpluganddrainwater.
11.Repeatsteps1–8untilthedrainedwaterbecomesclear.
12.Pressthehoseconnectedtotheradiatortodischargetheairfrominsideofthe
radiatorandslowlylltheradiatorwiththecoolantatthespeciedmixingratiotolet
theairbedischargedfromtheradiator.
Note:Userecommendedgenuineantifreeze.
Donotmixantifreezesfromdifferentmanufacturers.
Donotmixthecoolantwithdifferentconcentrations.
Donotaddantirustwhichisnotrecommendedbyus.
Asinsufcientcoolantconcentrationmaycausecorrosionorfreezing,
ontheotherhand,anexcessiveconcentrationmaydegradethecooling
performance.Mixcoolantwith40%antifreezeand3~5%additives
(DCA4)topreventcorrosion.
13.Operatetheengineatidleafterstarting.Whencoolingfanisrunningandcoolantis
circulated,removeradiatorcapandreplenishcoolantthroughtheinlet.
14.Replenishcoolantuntilthecoolingfanrotates3~5times.
15.Replenishcoolanttotheupperlimitofthesupplementarytankandtheninstall
radiatorcap.
16.Operatetheengineatidleuntilthecoolingfanrotates2~3times.
17.Shutdowntheengineandwaituntiltheengineandradiatorarecooled.
18.Aftercheckingthecoolantlevelinthesupplementarytank,replenishcoolantuntilthe
tanklevelstaysbetweentheupperandlowerlimitwithoutchanging.
Note:Afterreplenishmentcoolant,checkthecoolantlevelofthesupplementarytank
foratleasttwoorthreedays.
Afterreplenishingcoolant,checkthecoolantlevelofthesupplementary
tankforatleasttwoorthreedays.
