6.2.10 Deactivating Dual Mode (P7)
The Dual Mode function must be activated to be able to be deactivated.
1. Press P.
2. Enter the valid Master Code 00XXXXXX.
00 = ID; X = valid 6-digit combination for the Master Code
3. Press the ENTER key.
ð The green light is on and the acoustic signal sounds twice.
4. Press P7.
5. Press the ENTER key.
ð The red light blinks twice and stays on, the acoustic signal sounds twice.
If the green light blinks twice and the acoustic signal sounds twice, Dual Mode has been
activated before. All steps must be repeated to deactivate Dual Mode.
6.2.11 Activating Duress Alarm (P8)
A Duress Alarm is triggered when entering a special code. This is an alarm message which is
sent by the lock via an alarm output. The lock can still be opened during the activation of a
Duress Alarm.
To send the alarm message, the alarm output must be connected to an intrusion detection
system.
After activating a Duress Alarm, the Duress Codes can be used. The Duress Alarm function
must be deactivated to be able to be activated.
1. Press P.
2. Enter the valid Master Code 00XXXXXX.
00 = ID; X = valid 6-digit combination for the Master Code
3. Press the ENTER key.
ð The green light blinks twice and stays on, the acoustic signal sounds twice.
4. Press P8.
5. Press the ENTER key.
ð The green light turns off and the acoustic signal sounds twice.
If the red light blinks twice and the acoustic signal sounds twice, Duress Alarm has been
deactivated before. All steps must be repeated to activate the Duress Alarm.
