The test device Dräger Testor 2100 works pneumatically.
It is supplied with compressed air through the medium
pressure port of a compressed air breathing apparatus or
through a stationary compressed air network.
The inflatable test head is used for testing full-face
masks. The test head can be detached from the test
device for underwater leakage tests.
A round thread connection has been integrated for testing
lung demand valves and chemical protection suits. The
lung demand valve or the compressed air pistol, which is
used to inflate chemical protection suits, is supplied with
compressed air through a medium pressure output.
The test device is operated by joystick controls. Medium
pressure and low pressure manometers and also a timer
are used to determine the measured values.
The test device Dräger Testor 3100 can also communi-
cate with a PC via a USB interface. It consists of the test
device Dräger Testor 2100, which has been enhanced
with the following:
— Upgrade kit Testor 2100 including three sensors for
high, medium and low pressure
— Adaptor II software
— USB cable
— High pressure cable
The basic device Testor 2100 performs the pneumatic
functions.
The upgrade kit Testor 2100 evaluates the sensor signals
and communicates with the PC.
The Adaptor II software

controls the upgrade kit Testor
2100. It offers convenient user guidance during all test
processes.
The test results are automatically evaluated and docu-
mented either electronically or in paper format.
