5.3.9 CAN ERROR MESSAGES
When connected to a suitable CAN engine the 8600 series controller displays alarm status messages from the
ECU.

Engine DTCs
The code interpreted by the module shows on the display as a text message.
Additionally, the manufacturer’s code is shown.
