5.4.b - REGOLAZIONE DELLA SPINTA A TERRA DELLA
SPAZZOLA CENTRALE
Per ottenere una buona raccolta dei rifi uti è necessario che
l’impronta lasciata sul terreno dalla spazzola in rotazione,
con macchina ferma, sia di circa 150 mm.
Questa impronta dipende dal tipo di spazzola montata e
dalla spinta esercitata.
- La spinta si regola mediante la manopola (1), che regola
la pressione indicata sul manometro (2).
- Ruotando la manopola (1) in senso orario aumenta la
pressione idraulica del cilindro sollevamento gruppo
spazzola centrale e pertanto DIMINUISCE la spinta,
quindi l’impronta.
Maggiore è la pressione indicata sul manometro (2) mi-
nore è la spinta della spazzola sul terreno.
La pressione di lavoro indicativa và da 8 a 10 bar in fun-
zione del tipo di spazzola installata.
- Viceversa, diminuendo la pressione AUMENTA l’impron-
ta.
- Determinare quale pressione provoca l’impronta corretta,
per poterla successivamente applicare durante il lavoro
di spazzamento.

5.4.b - ADJUSTMENT OF THE MAIN BRUSH’S GROUND
THRUST
In order to obtain a good waste collection the impression on
the ground by the rotating brush, with machine at a standstill,
must be about 150 mm.
This impression depends on the kind of brush that is installed
and on the exerted thrust.

The thrust can be adjusted through the knob (1), which adjusts
the pressure indicated on the pressure gauge (2).
- By rotating the knob (1) clockwise, the hydraulic pressure
of the main brush cylinder lifting group increases, thus
DECREASING the thrust as well as the impression.
The higher the pressure indicated on the pressure gauge
(2) the lower the brush pressure on the ground.
The indicative working pressure ranges between 8÷10
bars depending on the type of brush that is installed.
- On the contrary, if the pressure is decreased, the impres-
sion INCREASES.
- Determine which is the suitable pressure to obtain the
proper impression so as to be able, later on, to apply it
during sweeping operations.
