5.4.g - SCARICO CONTENITORE RIFIUTI
AVVERTENZA:
Per ulteriori istruzioni di sicurezza relative allo scarico
dei rifi uti, vedere il paragrafo 1.9.a.5.
AVVERTENZA:
Mai effettuare la marcia di trasferimento con il contenitore
in posizione sollevata/ribaltata se non per brevi sposta-
menti di manovra ad una velocità massima di 3 km/h.
Lo scarico del contenitore deve essere effettuato con estre-
ma cautela, con macchina posta su superfi cie piana ed
orizzontale lontana da ostacoli in altezza e linee elettriche.
Durante la fase di scarico dei rifi uti del contenitore ve-
rifi care sempre che non vi siano persone in vicinanza
della macchina; in tal caso interrompere la manovra.
- Raggiungere il luogo per lo scarico dei rifi uti.
NOTA:
Per consentire la fase di sollevamento del contenitore
devono essere rispettate le seguenti condizioni:
- operatore seduto al posto di guida;
- freno di stazionamento inserito;
- macchina livellata su superfi cie piana;
- carico contenitore entro il limite ammesso dai sensori
di sovraccarico
- Inserire il freno di stazionamento (1) e posizionare la leva
selezione senso di marcia (2) al centro.
- Premere l’interruttore (3) (attivazione fase di scarico ed
inserimento del regime motore a 1200 giri/min).
- Premere e mantenere premuto l’interruttore (4) nella
posizione fi no a raggiungere l’altezza di scarico
richiesta. Con il contenitore sollevato lampeggia la spia
sul cruscotto.
AVVERTENZA:
In fase di sollevamento del contenitore assicurarsi che
nessuno si avvicini ai bracci del sollevatore.
NOTA:
In caso di sovraccarico del contenitore oltre il valore
ammesso di portata (accensione della spia
), una
sicurezza impedisce l’alzata del sollevatore. In questa
condizione effettuare, tramite il solo ribaltamento del
contenitore con sollevatore abbassato, lo scarico della
quantità di rifi uti necessaria per rientrare nai parametri
di portata ammessa.
- Ribaltare il contenitore mantenendo premuto l’interruttore
(5) verso fi no al completo ribaltamento.
- Sbloccare il portello di scarico mantenendo l’interruttore
(6) verso (accensione della spia ).
- Con sistema di apertura/chiusura idraulico del portello di
scarico (OPT), utilizzare la pulsantiera mobile (7):
- Premere contemporaneamente i tasti (8) e (9) della
pulsantiera fi no alla completa apertura del portello.
5.4.g - WASTE CONTAINER DUMPING
WARNING:
More safety instructions for waste dumping are available
in section 1.9.a.5.
WARNING:
Never move the machine with the container either raised
or tilted, except for short manoeuvre operations and
without exceeding 3 km/h.
The container must be discharged with great caution,
while the machine is on a fl at and level surface and far
away from overhead obstructions and power lines.
While the container is being unloaded, always make
sure that there is no one close to the machine, otherwise
interrupt the operation.
- Reach the waste dumping site.
NOTICE:
The following conditions must be respected to allow the
lifting of the container:
- operator seated on the driver’s seat;
- parking brake engaged;
- machine on fl at and level surface;
- container load not exceeding the limit permitted by
the overload sensors
- Engage the parking brake (1) and place the gear lever
(2) in the centre.
- Press the switch (3) (dumping mode is activated and
engine speed is set at 1200 rpm).
- Press the switch (4) and keep it pressed in position
until reaching the requested dumping height. The signal
light blinks when the container is raised.
WARNING:
IWhenever dumping waste, make sure that nobody co-
mes close to the lift arms.
NOTICE:
In case the container is overloaded and the permitted
capacity value is exceeded (signal light turns on), a
safety device impedes the container lifting. In this case,
only overturn the container while the heaver is in low
position and discharge the quantity of waste necessary
to reach the allowed capacity values.
- Overturn the container by keeping the switch (5) pointed
to until it is completely overturned.
- Release the dumping hatch keeping the switch (6) pointed
towards (signal light turns on).
- With a hydraulic discharge hatch opening/closing system
(OPT), use the mobile push-button panel (7):
- Simultaneously press the switches (8) and (9) of the
push-button panel until the door is completely open.
