2.4 - MOVIMENTAZIONE E
TRASPORTO
AVVERTENZA:
Evitare lesioni personali.
Tutte le operazioni di carico e scarico devono essere
effettuate da PERSONALE SPECIALIZZATO.
Per la massa del veicolo, la descrizione dei comandi e
l’impiego della macchina, vedere i capitoli 3, 4 e 5.
2.4.a - TRASPORTO SU AUTOCARRO
- Posizionare la macchina sul pianale dell’autocarro ser-
vendosi della rampa di salita (1).
ATTENZIONE:
Sollevare le sospensioni alla massima altezza per evitare
che la parte bassa del trasportatore urti contro l’angolo
di salita della rampa; sollevare la spazzola centrale e
le spazzole laterali (bloccare quest’ultime mediante gli
appositi dispositivi di sicurezza).
In presenza della 3
a
spazzola (OPT), per evitare che urti
contro la rampa, posizionarla esternamente alla rampa
stessa, quindi con macchina posizionata sul pianale
dell’autocarro farla rientrare completamente e bloccarla
mediante l’apposito dispositivo di sicurezza.
- Inserire il freno di stazionamento.
- Bloccare la macchina mediante i cunei (2).
- Per il trasporto la macchina deve essere ancorata con
cinghie o cavi (3) utilizzando come attacchi le asole (4)
posizionate nella parte posteriore ed anteriore del telaio
della macchina.

2.4 - HANDLING AND TRANSPORT
WARNING:
Avoid personal injury.
All loading and unloading operations must be performed
only by SPECIALIZED PERSONNEL.
As regards the machine’s weight, the description of the
control devices and the use of the machine, see chapters
3, 4 and 5.
2.4.a - TRANSPORT ON TRUCK
- Using the loading ramp (1), position the machine on the
truck platform.
CAUTION:
Lift the suspensions to their maximum height in order
to avoid that the lower part of the conveyor bumps
against the ramp’s ascent angle; raise the central and
the side brushes (lock them with the appropriate safety
devices).
If the 3rd brush (OPT) is present, position it outside the
ramp so as to avoid it bumping against the ramp itself,
then when the machine is positioned on the truck’s
loading platform, bring it back in completely and lock it
with the appropriate safety device.
- Enable the parking brake.
- Secure the machine with wedges (2).
- To be transported, the vehicle must be anchored with
belts or cables (3) to the slots (4) located on the rear and
front of the vehicle’s frame.
