5.1 - CONTROLLI PRELIMINARI
ATTENZIONE:
Effettuare giornalmente i controlli elencati di seguito per
mantenere in buono stato la vostra macchina.
Detti controlli integrano e non sostituiscono le opera-
zioni di manutenzione programmata.
- Controllare visivamente che non vi siano perdite negli
impianti.
- Controllare visivamente la pressione e lo stato di usura
dei pneumatici.
- Controllare che i portelli siano regolarmente chiusi, il con-
tenitore completamente abbassato ed i vari componenti
della macchina correttamente fi ssati.
- Controllare il corretto funzionamento della fanaleria e
dell’avvisatore acustico.
- Controllare il corretto funzionamento dei freni verifi can-
done la corsa e l’effi cacia.
AVVERTENZA:
Se si notassero dei malfunzionamenti o si avessero dei
dubbi sulla funzionalità della macchina, NON utilizzarla
ma contattare il Servizio Assistenza.
AVVERTENZA:
Salvo diversa indicazione del costruttore del motore, i
controlli di seguito descritti devono essere eseguiti a
motore freddo, spento e con la macchina posizionata
in piano; è inoltre vietato fumare e/o utilizzare fi amme
libere.
5.1.a - LIVELLO OLIO MOTORE
- Estrarre l’asta di livello (1) e verifi care che il livello sia
compreso tra il livello minimo “MIN” ed il livello massimo
“MAX”.
- In caso di rabbocco, rimuovere il tappo di carico (2) e ri-
fornire con olio del tipo indicato nella tabella “Rifornimenti”

5.1 - PRELIMINARY CHECKS
CAUTION:
Daily check the points listed below to keep your vehicle
in good order.
These checks are additional and do not replace pro-
grammed maintenance.
- Visually check the systems and make sure there are no
leakages.
- Visually check the pressure and wear of the tires.
- Make sure that the hatches are regularly closed, that
the container is completely lowered and that the various
vehicle parts are fastened correctly.
- Check the lights and horn and make sure they work cor-
rectly.
- Check the brakes and their travel; make sure they work
correctly.
WARNING:
In case of any malfunction or any doubt about the
machine’s functionality DO NOT use it and contact the
Service Department.
WARNING:
Unless otherwise specifi ed by the engine builder, the
checks described hereafter must be done when the en-
gine is cold and turned off and the vehicle is level. Fur-
thermore, it is forbidden to smoke or use free fl ames.
5.1.a - ENGINE OIL LEVEL
- Remove the oil dipstick (1) and make sure the level falls
in between the minimum “MIN” and the maximum “MAX”
level.
- In case of topping up, remove the tank cap (2) and fi ll-up
with oil according to the type indicated in the “Refuelling”
