6.3.l - LUBRIFICAZIONE CATENE TRASPORTATORE
Le catene (1) del trasportatore sono dotate di guarnizioni
interne di protezione contro l’usura; è comunque necessario
lubrifi carle secondo la tempistica indicata nella tabella degli
interventi di manutenzione.
Quando la macchina lavora su detriti aggressivi (sabbia,
fertilizzanti, prodotti chimici, ecc...) o in ambiente prossimo
al mare (salinità) è necessario ridurre l’intervallo di tempo,
quindi l’operazione di lubrifi cazione delle catene deve essere
effettuata ogni 8 ore.
- Ribaltare il contenitore.
- Abbassare la protezione (2) svitando le relative viti (3).
PERICOLO:
Questa operazione deve essere effettuata con le palette
ferme.
- Lavare accuratamente le catene (1) con acqua in pres-
sione.
- Asciugare le catene con un getto di aria compressa.
- Lubrifi care le catene utilizzando un prodotto Spray a base
di tefl on.
- Ruotare a mano il trasportatore spingendo sulle palette
per poter lubrifi care tutta la catena.
6.3.l - CONVEYOR CHAINS LUBRICATION
The cahins (1) of the conveyor are provided with inner
gaskets protecting them against wear and tear, in any
case to prolong their life it is necessary to lubricate them
by complying with the times indicated in the maintenance
interventions table. When the machine works on particular-
ly damaging waste (sand, fertilizers, chemicals, etc...) or
nearby the sea (salinity) it is necessary to reduce the time
interval and hence the lubrication needs to be carried out
every 8 hours.
- Tilt the hopper.
- Lower the guard (2) by unscrewing the relevant screws
(3).
DANGER:
This operation must be carried out with blades at a
standstill.
- Accurately wash the chains (1) with pressurized water.
- Dry the chains with a compressed air jet.
- Lubricate the chains by using a tefl on-based Spray pro-
duct.
- Manually turn the the conveyor by pushing on the blades
in order to be able to lubricate the whole chain.
