6.3.h- PULIZIA UGELLI IMPIANTO INNAFFIANTE
(OPT)
- Smontare gli ugelli (1) dalle spazzole laterali e dalla terza
spazzola svitando la ghiera (2) dal portaugello ed estrarre
il fi ltro ugello (3).
- Secondo necessità pulirli con aria compressa o con un
liquido anticalcare o meccanicamente con un fi lo di ferro
del diametro di 1 mm.
- Rimontarli sostituendo eventualmente il nastro di tefl on
di guarnizione.
- Sostituire gli ugelli quando eccessivamente usurati.
6.3.i - LUBRIFICAZIONE GENERALE
Ingrassare tutti i punti elencati di seguito utilizzando il tipo
di grasso indicato nella tabella “Rifornimenti” allegata alla
documentazione della macchina.
Pulire accuratamente la testa dell’ingrassatore prima di
pompare grasso.
Sulla macchina possono essere installati quattro sistemi di
ingrassaggio.
ATTENZIONE:
Tutti i quattro sistemi garantiscono un buon ingrassag-
gio solo se il controllo viene eseguito punto per punto
verifi cando visivamente che il grasso fuoriesca nella
zona da ingrassare.

6.3.h - CLEANING OF
THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM NOZ-
ZLES
(OPT)
- Disassemble the nozzles (1) from the lateral brushes
and from the third brush unscrewing the nut (2) from the
nozzle holder and take out the nozzle fi lter (3).
- Clean them with compressed air or descaling liquid or
mechanically with a iron wire Ø 1mm according to their
need.
- Re-assemble them replacing eventually the seal Tefl on
tape.
- Replace the nozzles when they are worn out.
6.3.i- GENERAL LUBRICATION
Grease all points indicated below using grease indicated in
the “Refuelling” table enclosed in the machine documentation.
Accurately claen the head of the lubricator before pumping
grease.
On the machine four different greasing systems may be
installed.
CAUTION:
All of the four systems ensure a good lubrication only if
the check is carried out point by point by visually che-
cking that the grease is dosed in the area to be greased.
