- Aprire il portello destro (4) dopo aver allentato i due ag-
ganci (5) ai lati del portello.
- Bloccare il portello (4) in posizione sollevata mediante la
leva di sicurezza (6).
- Rimuovere la catena di collegamento (7) fra le slitte (8)
ed il trasportatore.
- Rimuovere i due bracci (9) di sollevamento cestello svi-
tando le relative viti (10).
Rimuovere le piastre (11) svitando le relative viti (12).
- Sganciare le catene (13) e rimuovere il supporto slitta
(14).
- Rimuovere la piastra (15) dopo aver rimosso le viti (16).
- Montare la nuova spazzola inserendola dal lato dove la
fl angia è più interna.
- Ruotare e spingere la spazzola in modo da far penetrare
i tre perni posti sul mozzo del motore idraulico nei tre fori
della fl angia.
NOTA:
Il centraggio della fl angia della spazzola con il motore
idraulico può essere facilitato sollevando la macchina
tramite l’interruttore (17).
- Rimontare tutti i componenti precedentemente smontati.
- Se necessario regolare la spazzola come indicato nel
paragrafo 6.5.d.
6.5.h - CONTROLLO SPAZZOLA CENTRALE PER PULIZIA
IRREGOLARE
Se durante le operazioni di spazzamento la macchina pro-
cede lasciando una scia di rifi uti sul lato destro o sinistro è
necessario verifi care i seguenti punti:
- Verifi care che le slitte laterali (8) sfi orino il terreno e che
siano verticali ed aderenti alla spazzola;
- Verifi care che la spazzola sia usurata in modo uniforme
e ben fatta con i ciuffi di setole presenti anche nella parte
terminale del tubo e che le setole non siano deformate
vicino alle slitte laterali (8) in modo che tra la slitta e le
setole non vi sia dello spazio.
- Open the right hatch (4) after loosening the two hooks
(5) to the sides of the hatch.
- Lock the hatch (4) in the lifted position through the relevant
stop (6).
- Remove the connection chain (7) between the slides (8)
and the conveyor.
- Remove the two rack lifting arms (9) by unscrewing the
relevant screws (10).
Remove the plates (11) by unscrewing the relevant screws (12).
- Release the chains (13) and remove the slide support
(14).
- Remove the plate (15) after removing the screws (16).
- Mount the new brush by fi tting it from the side where the
fl ange is located more internally.
- Turn and push the brush so drive the three pins, located
on the hyadrulic engine hub, into the three holes of the
fl ange.
NOTICE:
It may be easier to center the fl ange of the brush with
the hydraulic motor by lifting the machine with the
switch (17).
- Reassemble all the previously dismounted components.
- If necessary, adjust also the brush as indicated in para-
graph 6.5.d.
6.5.h - MAIN BRUSH CHECK DUE TO IRREGULAR
CLEANING
If during the sweeping operations the machine runs by leav-
ing a trail of waste either on the right or on the left side it is
necessary to check the following points:
- Make sure that the side slides (8) skim the ground and
that they are vertical and adhering to the brush;
- Make sure that the brush is evenly worn out and that even
the terminal part of the hose is well provided with bunches
of bristles and that the bristles are not deformed nearby
the side slides (8) so that between the the slide and the
bristles there is no space.
