Interface COM1/Modem

COM port server. When the interface is used as COM port server, the serial interface of the GLT 3010 can be
accessed via the Ethernet connection of the Virtus 5.
Use of the interface as modem
Interface - COM1/Modem Input Default
Telephone number Telephone number of the modem at the system
centre (connected to COM1)

Dialling prefix Number for the outside line max. 8 digits -
MSN 19-digit terminal device identification number
- for direct outside line, this is the telephone
number (without the dialling prefix))
- in the normal case (i.e. for extensions), this is
the direct dial number

Alarm if modem not available Should an alarm be signalled if the modem is
not detected?
If the check mark is set and no modem is
detected at the interface,
the alarm "Modem Fault" is output after 2
minutes.
