The SMARTPOWER
TM
Manual Dispenser R
TU, - Presoak Dispenser RTU
and - Pot&Pan Soak Dispenser RTU are almost identical in their design. This
operating manual uses the SMARTPOWER
TM
Pot&Pan Soak Dispenser RTU
as an example. Differences in design are indicated where relevant in the
operating instructions.

Function description
The SMARTPOWER
TM
RTU Dispenser is an automatic dispenser for Ecolab's
compressed capsule products (SMARTPOWER
TM
). It essentially consists of a base
( Fig. 1 ,

) and a product cylinder with product feed

to accommodate the compressed
detergent capsule.
Through a manually operated water valve

, the clean water flows through the double
check valve

to the T-piece

. From here, some of the clean water is led through
the pressure regulator

to a spray nozzle in the water distributor

. This fresh water
is sprayed against the detergent capsule from below and dissolves concentrate from the
capsule.
