Troubleshooting
To extract the logs
Note: The log entries are overwritten after a period of time. To ensure the error logs contain the relevant information,
collect the log immediately after the error is observed.
1 Login to the E-46A with Administrator privileges.
2 Access “E:\EFI\FieryClick.zip” and extract the “FieryClick.exe” file.
3 Double-click the “FieryClick.exe” file.
4 In the FieryClick Window, click Log Path to specify the location to save the log file.
5 Click Collect Logs.
