Using the E-46A
To restart or reboot the E-46A from Fiery QuickTouch
1 Make sure that the E-46A is not receiving, processing, or printing any files.
If the system just finished processing, wait at least five seconds after the system reaches Idle before you proceed.
2 On the Fiery QuickTouch Home screen, press the Quick Options menu button.
3 Do one of the following:
• To reboot the entire system including the operating system, select Reboot system.
• To restart only the E-46A system software, select Restart server.
4 At the confirmation screen, select OK.
To restart or reboot from printer operation panel
1 Make sure that the E-46A is not receiving, processing, or printing any jobs.
If the system just finished processing, wait at least five seconds after the system reaches Idle before you proceed.
2 Press the Home button and select the Fiery icon.
3 Press the Fiery tab and select Restart Fiery.
4 Do one of the following:
• To reboot the entire system including the operating system, select Reboot system.
• To restart only the E-46A system software, select Restart Fiery.
