POWER DISTRIBUTION
CENTER
The power distribution center provides
power to the many electrical systems
within the bus.
The circuit board is located in the
headliner above the driver’s seat. This
board can be removed with 4 screws
which allows access behind it to the
wiring harness or for easy board
replacement.
All wires for the body conversion,
(except wires less than twelve inches
long), are color-coded and stamped
every six inches with circuit numbers
and abbreviated codes, making circuits
easier to trace.
Most wiring is bundled into wiring
harnesses that run from the power
distribution center to the many
locations throughout the bus. Wires
typically run the shortest route to the
areas where power is being supplied.
Removable cab area trim pieces
protect the harnesses and allow access
to the wiring that runs throughout the
bus.
