GROUND TO FRAME
The frame-rail ground is fastened to
the frame on the driver side rear.
REAR AXLE CONNECTION
Chassis tie to rear lighting circuits.
EXTERIOR LIGHTING
Exterior lighting is designed to assure
the visibility of the bus to other drivers
and pedestrians. Exterior lighting
consists of: front and rear clearance
and identification lights, rear brake
and taillights, side marker lights, and
headlights.
Wiring for exterior clearance and
identification lights, taillights, and
side marker lights originates at the
power distribution center and runs
throughout the bus. Most wiring can be
accessed by removing the interior trim
pieces or panels that cover the wiring.
FRONT CLEARANCE &
IDENTIFICATION LIGHTS
One amber clearance light is located
on either side of the top-front of the
cab and three amber identification
lights are located between the
clearance lights. These lights are
activated when the headlight switch is
turned on.
;,
u
Clearance lights should be checked
daily for proper operation.
In the event of burned-out bulbs for the front
clearance and identification lights, a replacement
lamp will be necessary as the bulbs are not
serviceable in the sealed lamps.
