1. Remove the front cover (unit) and the rear cover (unit).
2. Remove screws A q and the bobbin winder (unit) w.
3. Loosen screws B e.
4. Adjust the clearance between the clutch release arm r
and the clutch ring t to 1mm. Tighten the screw B e.
5. Loosen the screw C !0 on the upper shaft cam i.
While pressing the clutch pin u against the point X o
on the upper shaft cam i, tighten the screw C !0.
6. Attach the bobbin winder (unit) w, then tighten
setscrew A q.
7. Attach the front cover (unit) and the rear cover.
