PlasmaQuant MS product family Method optimization

If there are not significant improvements in the sensitivities, then check the next

point; otherwise run the ion optics auto optimization again.

 Run a plasma auto optimization by selecting a plasma optimization routine during

auto optimization. Then re-run the ion optics optimization.

 Double check the instrument setup by running the plasma alignment, mass

calibration, and mass trim (if mass calibration failed), and then re-run the ion

optics auto optimization.
