Select the gender (m/f) using the central
controller and press OK.
Enter the age using the central controller
and press OK.
Enter the height (cm) using the central
controller and press OK.
Enter the weight (kg) using the central
controller and press OK.
All the personal details have now been
entered.
The list of Exertion tests will appear.
Select the UKK 2-km walking test using the
central controller and press OK.
Please note: the use of a heart-
rate meter is required. The EN-
Motion will automatically detect
whether or not you are using
one. If this is not the case, an
information screen will alert you
to this fact. As soon as a heart-
rate meter has been connected
and a heart-rate signal has
been detected, this will be
confirmed by means of a
message on the screen.
