The tablet function does not operate normally
Check Remedy
If other tablet device drivers are installed, the tablet function may not
operate normally.
When Easy Interactive Driver is installed, the Easy Interactive Virtual Tablet Driver that allows you to use the tablet
function is automatically installed. If other tablet device drivers are already installed and the tablet function does not
operate normally, uninstall Easy Interactive Virtual Tablet Driver.
To leave Easy Interactive Driver installed and only uninstall Easy Interactive Virtual Tablet Driver, go to Start - Control
Panel - Programs - Uninstall a program and remove Easy Interactive Virtual Tablet Driver.
Other problems
No sound can be heard or the sound is faint
Check Remedy
Is the audio source connected correctly? Disconnect the cable from the Audio port, and then reconnect the cable.
Is the volume adjusted to the minimum setting? Adjust the volume so that sound can be heard. s p.76 s Quick Start Guide
Is A/V Mute active? Press the [A/V Mute] button on the remote control to cancel A/V Mute. s p.40
Is the audio cable's specification "No resistance"? When using a commercially available audio cable, make sure it is labeled "No resistance".
No sound can be heard from the microphone
Check Remedy
Is the microphone connected correctly? Disconnect the cable from the Microphone (Mic) input port, and then reconnect the cable.
Is the Mic Input Volume turned down too low? Adjust the Mic Input Volume so that sound can be heard. s Settings Menu - Mic Input Level p.76
The remote control does not work
Check Remedy
Is the remote control light-emitting area pointing towards the
remote receiver on the projector during operation?
Point the remote control towards the remote receiver during operation.
