Error messages as described in chapter 11 may appear:
ÿ "Er02" Overflow of the actual value A/D converter.
The cable connections from controller to the chuck might
be interrupted (the plug-type connections XC1 or XR1 are
not connected / fig. 8.4a).
The controller will shut off the chuck power supply.
ÿ "Er03" Underflow of the actual value A/D converter.
The cable connections from controller to the chuck might
be interrupted (the plug-type connections XC1 or XR1 are
not connected / fig. 8.4a).
The controller will shut off the chuck power supply.
ÿ "Er62" The cable connection of the chuck heater is interrupted.
Check fuse F6 (see fig. 8.1c) at the backpanel and the
cables to the chuck for interruptions.
The controller will shut off the chuck power supply.
