8.2 Standby mode
When the system is set to standby mode the heater and the cooling air is switched
off, only a minimum amount of air is supplied to the chuck.
If the actual chuck temperature is below +15°C or above +40°C the system will set
+25°C for safety reasons at first, before setting standby mode.
Standby mode is to be set:
ÿ manually with key or
ÿ remotely with the interface command "S02"
The standby mode will be displayed at the front panel at the set temperature display
with flashing set temperature and "o02" alternating.
To return from standby mode into regular operation:
ÿ manually with key
ÿ remotely with the interface command "S01" or
ÿ with setting a new set temperature
8.3 Defrost mode
The defrost mode is provided to warm up all parts of the system to a secure ice and
moisture free condition.
This means, the chuck temperature is set +60°C, the chiller is switched of and the air
purging is set to maximum.
Defrost mode is to be set:
ÿ manually with key or
ÿ remotely with the interface command "S03"
Defrost mode will be displayed at the front panel at the set temperature display with
flashing set temperature and "o03" alternating.
To quit defrost mode:
ÿ manually with key
ÿ remotely with the interface command "S01" or
ÿ by setting a new set temperature
